Mutton Vindaloo,this is a hot and spicy Goan favourite recipe. Vindaloo is usually made with pork. but Ranishar Rasoi made this recipe with mutton.Very testy and easy.This dish comes from Portuguese cuisine,then in Indian cuisine. Vind..means..vinegar and aloo means garlic, then this is called vindaloo.This is one of traditional dish in Goa.This is easy preparation of restarant style Motton Vindaloo at home.this heavy is so much creams and very testy hot sour and spicy almost pickle-like.Vindaloo is a fusion of Portuguese,South Indian and Hoan ingredient and cooking.
