Memes are becoming increasingly popular,
and there are many questions about how to actually make one,
so I'm just going to show
you how to make one really quickly and
simply.

First thing you want to do is go to
quickmeme.com.

Once you're on the homepage click on "Make A Meme."

Here you have the option of taking existing memes
or you can create your own.

For this example, we're going to take the Bad Luck Brian meme.

In here you can put in whatever you want. I'm just going to add some extra characters, you can see that it actually
updates it automatically, and then you have on
the bottom as well.

You can play around with the size, as well as the type of text that you want to show.

Once you're ready with your meme, you can also decide if you want this to be publicly listed or not, so that's totally up to you.

Let's just keep that off. You can create it as
an Anonymous account or you can actually sign up for an account, and then once you're ready, real quickly, click Save & Share.

There you have your new meme.

You can share it by sending this link to anyone.

You can post it on reddit, twitter, facebook, stumbleupon, delicious, so on and so forth.

Of course you can always go back and edit it again, add your own caption.
