A step by step guide
A step by step guide on creating an OP FIRE SPELLSWOR BUILD on Legendary Difficulty. Utilising the One Handed, Heavy Armor, Destruction, Smithing, Enchanting and Alchemy Skills . Played on Skyrim the Special Edition. No mods were installed during the playthrough and the build was played entirely on Legendary Difficulty.
Final Stats: Level 45
Magicka 160 | Health 420 | Stamina 160 | All before buffs from equipment or standing stones.
76 One-Handed
15 Archery
20 Light Armor
20 Sneak
23 Lockpicking
15 Pickpocket
65 Speech
100 Alchemy
50 Illusion
19 Conjuration
73 Destruction
19 Restoration
100 Alteration
15 Enchanting (made Legendary after creating final gear to regain perk points)
100 Smithing
45 Heavy Armor
15 Block
15 Two-Handed

After making and enchanting the final armor I recommend making Smithing or Enchanting Legendary to regain the spent perk points, this will give you extra perk points to bring out the build's full potential. Alternatively you can also complete the Dragonborne DLC to reset perk points without resetting the skill to 15.

All Enchantments used for crafting can be purchased at Radiant Raiment in Solitude for armor enchantments and Glover Mallory on Solstheim or Fletcher in Solitude for weapon enchantments.
