1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Punjabi Garam Masala Powder
10 Kaju(Cashew nut)
1 Tbl sp Magajtari seed(Melon seed)
1 Tbl sp Khas Khas(Poppy seed)
1/4 cup water
500 Grams Gobi ke Phool(Cauliflower)
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
2 Tbl sp oil
2 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Lasun Paste (Garlic paste ₹
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
1 Tsp Hari Mirch Paste (Green chilli Paste)
2 Medium size Grated Onion(3/4 cup)
1/2 cup Hot water
2 Big size Tomato Puree
1 Tbl sp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
2 Tbl sp Grated Khoya (Mawa)
1/2 cup Frozen Matar (Green Peas)
1 cup Hot water
1/2 Tsp salt
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped )
1/2 Tsp Limboo Ka Ras (Lemon juice)
