Salt & Vinegar Roasted Potatoes (Nigella Lawson recipe)

These are pretty salty, but good. They take a bit of effort, but if you're a die-hard potato fan, or a salt and vinegar chip / crisp fan, these are worth a go.

500g baby potatoes
1.5 tsp salt (I used 1 and found that to be enough)
2-4 tsp apple cider vinegar (I used 4)
