DIY Rice Water Spray for Massive Hair Growth. Does it really work on 4c natural hair? Watch the video to find out. There has been a lot of talk about rice water over the past few years and I have gotten a number of requests so I thought to try it out.

This video shows the 2 ways to make rice water for  4c hair and also the side effects of rice water on hair.

Rice Water spray is a protein treatment and is said to be rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that prevent hair loss and premature greying. Rice water also contains inositol which studies have found to be an ingredient that can penetrate into the hair shaft to repair damaged hair.

To make rice water for ‘massive  hair growth’  or ‘overnight’ hair growth you  need the following basics;

Rice
Water
Strainer
Jar or Bottle

Rice water can be prepared in 3 ways:
Boiling
Soaked
Or Fermented

Fermented is usually best as it allows all the nutrients in the rice to be extracted.
