Plot : The story begins with three people – a dhobi (Omprakash), tailor (Komal Kumar), barber (S Narayan) who are friends but then all of them go through same problem. They are unable to repay the loan and though they want to lead a decent life, it is not happening. Their lives take a turn when they chance upon a bag containing a lot of cash. This belongs to a corrupt politician so the trio decides to hide the cash at a place. Since they are not sure how to go about spending the money, they take the help of Kanwarlal (Ambarish), a convict who comes out of prison. Kanwarlal dons the role of an NRI and they decide to bring about a change in the society through development projects
