Just a few miles from Disneyland in Anaheim California, you'll find Le Mirage Pastry that serves booza, a chewy ice cream studded with pistachios originally from Syria.  The store's owner Maher Nakhal learned how to make this traditional Syrian Ice Cream while he was growing up in Damascus.  Maher was taught the recipe  from his brother in law, the owner of Bakdash: the most famous ice cream shop in Syria.  The booza is made fresh every day by hand.  If you are near Disneyland... stop by for a unique and tasty treat!

Le Mirage Pastry is located at:
100 S Brookhurst St
Anaheim, CA 92804
