Follow along as Miss Rita (that's me!) makes gorgeous and easy Rolled Paper Roses with a FREE Cricut Design Space file!
In this video, you will learn how to make rolled paper roses using a quilling tool, a little hot glue and a spiral cut from a FREE Cricut Design Space file. These are fairly easy, but do require a bit of patience and practice. You will see how I roll the cut paper using my trusty quilling tool.
