Solo Travel Versailles/Köln: Waldorf Astoria Versailles, Palace of Versailles & Köln Cathedral 2024

Apologies if you've noticed the video from yesterday came in a little late. I stayed at a very nice five-star hotel in Versailles yesterday. The internet was slow. There was no hot water. I didn't even take a shower there. It was probably the worst five-star I've stayed. And I have stayed in plenty.

The places I visited are as follows.

Number 1, Palace of Versailles. It was the king's home until the French Revolution in 1789.

Number 2, Hall of Mirrors. It is my favorite part of the Palace of Versailles.

Number 3, Marie Antoinette's Pad. It is close to the Palace of Versailles, but it was closed last year so I couldn't grace it with my presence.

Number 4, Cologne Cathedral in Germany. It is huge, taking over 600 years to construct.
