Baldur's Gate 3: Pickpocketing Hidden DC, Alternate Anders Fight

I was messing around on
I was messing around on a previous save file, pickpocketing Cyrel multiple times (she's the Wizard, based on her INT and AC) in league with Anders). Off camera, was able to get Flask of Invisibility, Greater Elixer of Arcane Cultivation and a Pack of Camp Supplies without any difficulty.
THEN, I tried to take her 700+ gold, which had a DC of 16 on the Pickpocket menu, which shouldn't be hard at all for Astarion, but after failing 3 times in a row, I checked the log, and it told me the DC was ACTUALLY 27. So...multiple pickpocket successes on the same target mean a hidden DC increase? There was some dialogue from her, even once she accused my Barbarian, but he was, without a check, able to say it wasn't him.
I messed around with Disguise Self after each Pickpocket. Dunno if that helped. Arcane Trickster is fun for this stuff lol.
Then, if you stuck around, you got to see SO MANY ATTEMPTS to Command: Drop from Shadowheart on Anders, with the intent to pick up his Sword and cripple the heck out of him. I'm PRETTY sure you can't Smite without a melee weapon. The fight is so much easier if you can get his Weapon. Would be worth Shadowheart's Command Drop attempt, and I have Lae'zel as a Battle Master Fighter with Disarming Strike...would be worth using both. The Wizard will try to Hold Person (succeeded on my Barb) he was already Raging and the Ranger was dumb enough NOT to take advantage of Auto-Crit with Melee attacks...so it was lame for them.
ALSO of note maybe...Cyrel's Loot seemed to have WAY more items in it AFTER those Pickpockets...maybe it made the group more aware of her belongings? Will have to AT LEAST look through most pockets of the living in the future to try to encourage that.
