WPR_ma (Indicator Profile Series)

Tested on the EURUSD, XAUUSD, BTCUSD, and the S&P500, the WPR_ma is nothing more than a moving average placed on the Williams %r indicator.  But it's actually more than that....kind of.  You'll see.  The results are a lot more than I expected.
