The legendary Irene Ryan bringing the house down in Pippin. She suffered a stroke after a performance about five months into the run and died a few weeks later in California. To be honest, I can't think of a better way to end your career on the stage!
"No Time at All" is a fitting paean to her life and career. It's a fun song but it takes a comedian of the highest order to make it work. I've seen/heard quite a number of versions done by other actors which I didn't find funny at all, not even remotely.
