RBI ordered Regulated Lenders to Refund Excess Interest Charged due to Unfair Practices, if any

This is the analysis of recent RBI Notification issued to all Banks and NBFCs to be fair and transparent while charging interest from the borrowers. It has been instructed to refund any excess interest charges by them due to any unfair practice.
