This video demonstrates how to do a Stability I Y and T raise. Lie on a stability ball with the torso close to parallel with the ground. Raise the arms in a I pattern, then Y pattern, and finally a T pattern. Ideally 6-10 reps per movement pattern should be performed.

Exercise Progressions
* Slow down the lifting phase
* Add light weights (i.e. 3-5 lbs)
