Contactors, like relays, have a coil and multiple contacts. In this video, I'll connect a 24V DC contactor with 3P + 1NO configuration in a controlled setting.
3P means 3 poles, which allow three different lines of supply, most often used in 3 phase systems but it's not limited to that. NO means Normally Open, this relay has one Normally Open contact.
