In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court rejected GOP lawmakers’ bid to give politicians sweeping authority in drawing congressional maps and regulating federal elections. Former Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal who argued Moore v. Harper in front of the Supreme Court joins Yasmin Vossoughian to discuss the major Supreme Court decision.
