ingredients for Marination:
2 kg boneless beef strips
2tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.5tbsp Meat tender
1tbsp crushed  black Pepper powder
1tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala
2tbsp Soya sauce
salt to taste

ingredients for gravy
1 cup oil
3 onions (sliced viniger soaked)
2 to 3 tomatoes
1tbsp Chilli Sauce
2tbsp Garlic Chillies sauce
1tbsp black pepper powder
1tbsp Bhunai masala
1tbsp red Chilli flakes
salt to taste

ingredients for garnish
green chillies and capsicums
(jullion cut )

Preparation:

* Mix and Marinate the beef overnight then add in a pan and let it cook until tenderize...

*Then soak sliced onions in vinegar for 5 minutes then add oil in a wok add the onion in it and saute it..

*Then add all other ingredients and tenderize beef in wok and mix then garnish some jullion cut green chillies and capsicums then serve by adding some lemon juice and enjoy...
