Gulab Jamun Baklava - Recipe
Ingredients
½ cup Gulab Jamun Chopped
6 sheets thinly rolled Filo Pastry
3-4 tbsp Chopped Nuts Mixed
1 tbsp Basting Mix Honey
2 tbsp Butter Melted
1 tbsp Water
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
Method :-
1. In a greased square mould , put one filo sheet , apply the basting mix , sprinkle chopped Gulab Jamun and mixed nuts .
2. Repeat the same layering 5 times and put it to bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree for 25- 30 mins
