This candied coffee recipe from Korea became viral because of how simple it is to make, and how the finished product is perfect for your Instagram feed! It's a dessert coffee on its own, but since you already make this for enjoyment, let's have a little more fun with it!

EQUIPMENT
Whisk
Bowl
Glass
Teaspoon
Water Heater

INGREDIENTS
NESCAFÉ GOLD
Milk
White Sugar
Brown Sugar
Water

PROCESS
1. Heat a small amount of water until boiling point. You will only need 2 tablespoons of it.
2. Mix in a bowl
 2 tbsp of NESCAFÉ GOLD
 1 tbsp of white sugar
 1 tbsp of brown sugar
 2 tbsp of boiling water
3. The success of your coffee is in how you mix it. Be prepared to mix for 5-10 mins at a fast pace. Alternate between circular, zig zag, and side to side motions. It should be fluffy and stable when ready.
4. Once fluffy, golden, and stable, set aside.
5. Quickly put some ice up to 2/3 of your glass. Pour in milk but leave enough room for your candied coffee cloud.
