RBMK-1000 Chernobyl Nuclear Reactor Simulator [turbine in manual mode]

Sartup tutorial from a shutdown state up to power (hopefully)

This is an improved version of the previous tutorial video, several mistakes corrected, only 2 pumps working in the recirculation loop 1 and 2, royalty free video (no music) and a manual turbine spin up. The microphone setup has been improved, hopefully the sound experience is better now.

Fix Xe-135 bug with Cheat Engine, adress: chrnob_32.dll+23210
