Here I show you how to refill a Zippo Lighter with lighter fluid & a replacement cartridge for the Zippo that uses butane fuel & how to refill the butane unit! I shows some action of operating the Zippo with both cartridge types, the liquid hydrocarbon kerosine like lighter fluid into cotton or some kind of synthetic batting or fabric material, like felt. The pressurized hydrocarbon gas butane from a 75 ml refill container added to the accessory single burner butane unit for a zippo. All of these parts were purchased on Amazon, including the fuels.

Remember that burning butane or lighter fluid produce air pollutants include the neuron toxic carbon monoxide which can be deadly in higher exposure amounts. Fire produces fine particle emissions known as PM or particulate matter that are toxic to lung cells. Always observe well ventilated rules with a fume hood or extraction fan or good air flow, open a window or a doorway.
