Can you do Mewing if You Have a Narrow Palate?

In this video, I discuss whether it's possible to do Mewing, if you have a narrow palate.

There is obviously no black or white answer to this question. It must be determined on a case by case basis.

The reason I wanted to make this video is to explain that often times it is possible to get your tongue working correctly, despite the fact that it currently feels too difficult to fit it up there.

There are a variety of factors that would affect whether you can get your tongue up on your palate correctly. These include things such as whether you have a tongue tie, the size of your jaws, your airways, your jaw joints etc.

It's advised to have an assessment from a holistic/sleep/airway-centric dentist for a more complete answer on what to do.
