WALKS IN HAMPSHIRE at BIGHTON (& AN UPDATE ON THE CAMERA EQUIPMENT THAT I USE) (4K)

In this episode of my
In this episode of my series “ Walks in Hampshire” I take a walk in & around the pretty village of Bighton which is located about 3 miles North East of New Alresford. Once again I am accompanied by my Whippet, Logan.
I start my 4.5 mile circular route with a wander through the village, making my way initially to the church at the Western end for an exploration. Heading East, I follow the main road through Bighton which is full of pretty thatched cottages.
My route into the countryside takes me North of the village across fields and along tracks to a delightful wood full of bluebells out in bloom. I pass the pretty “Beehive Cottage” which is close to Bighton House and then follow paths alongside more fields – many of which have been planted with oil seed rape that is a golden yellow colour in the Spring sunshine.
I follow part of the Oxdrove Way – a long distance path that follows old drovers tracks – to Nettlebeds Farm before heading South back to the village.
My final destination is the The Horseshoes Pub at Bighton.
At the end of the video, I have included a brief update (the clip is about 9 mins long) on the current camera equipment that I use for making these videos.

I use a GOPRO HERO 7, 8 or 10 Black Action Camera (sometimes with a Gimbal) & a Rode microphone (either a “Shotgun” or a Rode Wireless Go) together with a Canon Powershot SX530 HS.
