Fixing Intersection Targeting Issues

Civil 3D 2019  appears to utilize the wrong assembly pieces when creating Intersections. It is stretching the Sidewalk Lines across the subdivision instead of stretching the road to match the centerlines. This video shows how to remove the broken targets and set up the correct ones.
