This video shows you how to remove all freezer drawers (Top drawer, Bottom drawer, and Pizza drawer) from a Samsung RF series refrigerator.

I have a major ice buildup on the freezer floor (could be caused by power failure several months ago). The ice buildup makes it hard to open the freezer door and makes a loud sound every time I open the freezer. In order to remove the thick ice, I have to remove all the drawers.
