Founded in 1751 in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture.
In 1911, we changed to Japan's first cutlery maker, and have continued the family business for 11 generations to this day.
It has been 100 years since the age of civilization and enlightenment before Western food became common in Japan. The representative product is the cutlery "Gekkeiju", which has been manufactured and sold by craftsmen.
We have a track record of manufacturing from high-class to middle-low range OEM for first-class hotels and restaurants in Japan and overseas.
