This video is a step by step of how I make my waterproof, transfer proof, smudge proof matte liquid lipstick. This shade I created in this video is called "Cheeky", perfect for valentines day!
The specific tools, 100% mineral pigments, ultra soothing botanical complex, hydrator, and fringe benefit are ONLY available as an independent business owner with Motives Cosmetics.

I am only specifying products that I used in this video. I am sure there are many other products out there that are available as well but these products are what I have used and tried and have worked for me at the time.

You can also sub the 100% mineral pigments to mica pigments as long as they are approved for use in cosmetics and lip products. Make sure to read descriptions when ordering your micas. You can find mica pigments on the same website as above or on www.tkbtrading.com.**

Q: Can I use parchment paper to blend instead of the blending paper?
A: Yes, absolutely. Parchment paper is a bit thicker but it is doable.
