Klatkager are the size of a small American pancake and made primarily from the Christmas Eve rice porridge called Risengrød.  When we try to translae klatkager, it comes up either as Bob cakes or Climbing cakes. So there is not a perfect English translation for this delicious pancake. Our video shows you how to make these traditional Danish Pancakes (dansker pandekager) using rice porridge (Risengrød) and below are the ingredients. ❄

Klatkager Ingredients ♥
leftover Risengrød
two whole eggs
add a tablespoon of sugar
third cup of flour
one teaspoon of baking powder
a quarter teaspoon of vanilla
