Liberals react to a stunning byelection loss to the Conservatives in Toronto-St. Paul's. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said in Vancouver that he has much more work to do to deliver progress, while Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland threw cold water on speculation that Trudeau could resign.
