ADVANCED Archery EXTENSION - TechniqueWeek Advanced #5

Perhaps the most over-looked part in archery technique is the extending. If you don't shoot with a clicker there's a very high chance you skip this part! Even recurve archers who have a clicker often struggle to extend in a controlled and good way. Learn how to do it from Olympian Sjef van den Berg.
