약과 Yakgwa is a traditional Korean sweet that gets it name from being associated with medicine back in the day . I noticed there weren't many videos of how to make Yakgwa in English. The recipe I used is a combination of a few recipes I found, Hopefully it works out for you !
Ingredients
-3 cups of wheat flour -1/4 teaspon of ground ginger
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil -pinch of white pepper
-1/3 cup of honey
-1/4 sake
-1/4 water
-3 cups of oil for frying
- 1 cup of honey
-1/2 cup corn syrup
