This review is after using
This review is after using the fuelx pro approx after 5 months. In comments I had received various questions relating to Mileage drop, engine performance and you can find answers from the following:
1. Mileage drop? The fuelx pro as mentioned comes with 10 maps pre installed 3rd being stock where your bike runs as stock fuelx pro kicks in only from the 4th map as you keep increasing with the maps the fuel is to air mixture will also increased letting more fuel into your engine, because of letting more fuel into engine you will feel drop in mileage (Not to so extent but yes).
Another point on mileage also depends on the speed you ride at.
2. Performance: The setting of maps depends on user to user, I personally used fuelx at its 6th map, performance was good, I did not feel much of hot air hitting my thighs which I usually used to have before installing it, kicking in radiator fan significantly reduced, low end torque is better and jerk in low end has reduced a lot. In city it became easier for me to ride as I had to lesser gear shifts.
3. Can this be bought? Depends on user, if you are truly into riding make an informed decision and buy it, but please don't buy it because other people are using it or if you see no use case of it.
The 2023 Dominar 400 E20 complaint model comes with only one spark plug unlink 3 when compared to older versions of Dominar, since using this you will burning fuel at rich and there are chances of spark plug getting wore down at a faster date, I would suggest to either get the spark plug checked at regular intervals or change the stock spark plug to iridium spark plug.
