Here's a 15 Min Full Body Daily Stretch Routine inspired by Mamamoo Solar! This is a full-body stretch routine for flexibility, relaxation, and mobility (NO EQUIPMENT)! I saw Solar doing these stretches on her channel and wanted to try it out for you guys! For some of the stretches, I modified her routine and applied my own reps so you guys can work out like Solar at home. This is a quick but effective full-body stretch routine to add to your daily workout plan. I love doing this BEFORE and AFTER any workout to avoid injuries.
