Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is a mantra that brings peace, happiness and calm not only to the practitioner but to all beings on Earth. 🌍
Lokah means “universe” “local” or “kingdom”;
Samastah refers to all living beings;
Sukhino means “joy” or “happiness”;
Bhav "divine" and antu "guardian" or "protector" Bhavantu can also be translated as "so be it".
The translation would be: "May all beings be free and happy, may all our thoughts, words and actions contribute in some way to the happiness and freedom of all."
Om Shanti: Om peace, peace, most perfect peace
Om / Aum: AUM has three sounds A... U... M.
A - means the beginning of the universe. U - means the lifetime of the universe and M - The "end" of the universe.
