The recipe for a very tasty Georgian chicken dish, the preparation of which will not take you much time and will not pose any problems. Chakhokhbili - chicken stew stewed with onions, tomatoes and spices. Cook chakhokhbili in a cauldron over a fire - awesome taste and real pleasure.

At the top of the tomato cut the skin and pour boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes, then remove the skin from the tomato and finely chop the tomatoes.
Onion cut into half rings. Heat the cauldron over high heat, add vegetable oil and fry the chicken parts until golden brown over high heat. Remove chicken from pot. If there is a lot of vegetable oil, then remove the excess with a ladle. In a cauldron, put the onion, a good piece of butter and fry until golden brown over high heat, stirring occasionally. Add the fried chicken to the pot, stir. Salt. Add tomatoes, ground coriander, paprika, ucho-suneli (or suneli hops) to the cauldron, mix. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 40 minutes. At the end, add fresh cilantro and finely chopped garlic, mix and remove from heat.
