BEST time to visit the
BEST time to visit the Angkor Temple Complex is right Now. There are hardly any tourists around. This was our fourth time and we had all the Tomb Raider temple to ourselves no waiting lines. After the movie Tomb Raider came out, Angkor Wat became a very popular and busy tourist destination.
We visited Angkor Thom, The Bayon, Ta Prohm (used for the Tomb Raider Movie), The Elephant Terrace and Angkor Wat. August 2022. Hotels in Sien Reap are also very affordable at the moment. Don't waste your time and head to Siem Reap. The Tomb Raider Temple had almost no visitors.
