NMC WARNING FOR MBBS ABROAD STUDENTS 2023 | FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES NOT FULFILLING FMGL RULE 2021
Dear MBBS Abroad 2023 Students,
There is a latest alert / advisory by National Medical Commission Dates 8 August 2023 for the students who are planning to go for MBBS Abroad for session 2023.
This is not just an advisory but a serious ALERT for the students whereby NMC is stating that foreign universities are NOT completely fulfilling their FMGL Regulations 2021.
In case a student take admission in any university/country which does not comply with NMC FMGL Rules they will be disqualified for getting registration in India.
The sole responsibility of the disqualification will lie purely with the student and no embassy circular, university letter, consultant assurance will help them at any point.

We always have raised the issue that how countries/universities are trying hard to twist their education system to adapt to FMGL Regulations 2021 but are not fully fulfilling NMC regulations.
These are complex set of regulations which is practically impossible for any student to interpret especially the conditions of curriculum symmetry same like India (Competency Based Medical Curriculum).
Amongst such a serious situation filled with utter chaos and confusion thousands of innocent Indian students will lose everything in their lives, their finances, time, career and most important their aspirations.
If their degree will not remain valid at any stage and there is a constant fear there is no use of pursuing this education. It is therefore the responsibility of NMC to guide the aspirants that which countries are fulfilling their FMGL regulations.
MBBS Aspirants are advised to hold their admission process and monetary transaction till the time there is any written clarification from NMC about which country is fulfilling FMGL Regulations 2021.
