The starting moves are 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Bc4 Bc5 4 0-0 Nf6 5 d4!?

The Five Simple Steps!
Rule 1: 1:30 Start with 1 e4 2 Nf3 and 3 Bc4
Rule 2: 3:16 If Black plays 3...Bc5 (The Giuco Piano) we play 4 0-0 and then 5 d4!? (The Koltanowski/Deutz Gambit)
Rule 3: 6:27 5...Bxd4 is met with 6 Nxd4 - 7 Bg5 - 8 f4!
Rule 4: 21:40 Against 7...d6 and 8...Be6 go for 9 fxe5 10 Na3 - bring that Knight to e3 and f5. Against 7...d6 and 8...Bg4! go for the ending.
Rule 5: 21:20 Against 7...h6 and 8...g5 smack them with 9 f4!! Against ...Qe7 play f4! and fxe5 - with madness.
