CHICKEN MARINADE:
- 1 Lb B/S Chicken Breast & 1 Lb B/S Chicken Thighs, Chopped
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- Juice of a 1/2 Lemon
- Salt to Taste
SAUCE:
- 1 Small Onion, Diced or Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Tomato Paste (Optional)
- 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream ( Add an additional 1/2 Cup if needed)
- 1/4 Cup Water as directed in the video (Optional)
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- Salt to Taste
2 INGREDIENT NAAN;
