Homemade and easy masala karela. Nice and tasty stuffed bitter gourd in Indian spices.
A combination of bitterness with sweet jaggery, chilli and tamarind. Better to eat with chapati/ rice. This curry is shown in two ways, bharwa karela which is fry with masala filled in it and no drop of water. Later converted into a nice and tasty gravy by adding water. Good to eat with chapati or rice.
