Can't download files from google drive - Opera - Fix

In this quick video, I'll show you how to download files from Google Drive when you receive the error saying, "Can't download file. To download this file, try enabling third-party cookies for Drive". Funny enough, Google Drive works well without enabling third party cookies but for downloading files you'd need to enable 3rd party cookies. In this video, I'm using Opera Browser, however, you could follow the similar method in any other browser or ask me in the comments below and I'll show you the steps in the other browsers. So, in a nutshell, I'll show you how to enable third-party cookies in opera.
