Will BULBMIN and PUFFMIN return in Pikmin 4? (POISON SPORES RETURN!)

Are Bulbmin and Puffmin / Mushroom Pikmin coming back in Pikmin 4? ALMOST all Pikmin types are confirmed to be coming back in Pikmin 4, including even the Olimin / Pikmar. That said, these guys are still MIA! That said, they were mentioned on the japanese Pikmin Garden website and just featured in the Pikmin 1+2 rereleases! So what does it all mean?
