One of the biggest problems in business today and it has been for many years his honesty, in your dealing with anyone, including clients and other contractors who are dishonest and continue to lie about frivolous things and you should think twice before working with them. Even if I get the sense that someone might not be telling the truth, I will think twice about working with them. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me and should you.

I really don't know where to start, if your a contractor who is interested in learning more about the construction business, from someone with over 30 years of experience, then this book's for you. Realistically, that's all I have to say, the book will speak for itself.
