INGREDIENTS:
I loaf of Brioche Bread
8 Egg yolks
3 Eggs
4 Cups of Half & Half Cream
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Raisins optional

La Creme - Melted Vanilla Ice Cream
Confectioner Sugar for Dusting
