I recently spent a lovely day in hannam-dong / itaewon-dong, where there are many unique cafés and shops! many tourists visit the area for western brunches and shopping, and there were quite a few lines outside local brands even before the stores were open. I’d definitely recommend arriving early so you can avoid big crowds!
