You require a bootable USB of Windows 10 to fix the issue of Windows Boot Manager in BIOS.

The Windows error code 0xc000000e is a boot error that indicates that the Windows bootloader cannot find the boot configuration data (BCD) file or the BCD file is corrupt. This error typically occurs when there is an issue with the Master Boot Record (MBR), the boot sector, or the BCD file.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the error:

Check the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI settings: Make sure that the hard drive containing the Windows operating system is set as the first boot device in the BIOS/UEFI settings. You can access the BIOS/UEFI settings by pressing the F2, F10, or Delete key during the system startup.

Repair the Master Boot Record (MBR): You can use the Windows installation media to repair the MBR. Boot your computer from the Windows installation media and select the "Repair your computer" option. From there, open the Command Prompt and run the following command: bootrec /fixmbr. This will repair the MBR.

Rebuild the Boot Configuration Data (BCD): In the same Command Prompt window, run the following command: bootrec /rebuildbcd. This will scan the hard drive for Windows installations and rebuild the BCD file.

Use System Restore: If the above steps do not work, you can try restoring your system to a previous point using the System Restore feature. Boot your computer from the Windows installation media and select the "Repair your computer" option. From there, select the "System Restore" option and choose a restore point that was created before the error occurred.

Reinstall Windows: If all else fails, you may need to reinstall Windows. Boot your computer from the Windows installation media and follow the prompts to reinstall Windows. Note that this will erase all data on your hard drive, so make sure to back up your important files before proceeding.
