الذي دفع بآلاف اللاجئين من قبائل الأزواد للنزوح صوب الجزائر وطلب الحماية من الجيش الوطني الشعبي الجزائري عقب تهديدات المنظمات الإرهابية

حيث وصل قرابة عشرة آلاف من الناجيين الهاربين من التنظيم الأشرس في منطقة الساحل
هذا وتعمل القيادة الجزائرية على تأمين حدودها الجنوبية من أي انفلات أمني قد يجر بالمنطقة إلى دائرة اللإستقرار
بينما يعمل رئيس الجمهورية السيد عبد المجيد تبون على رعاية مشروع سلام في مالي من شأنه أن يعيد المنطقة إلى طبيعتها
وسط تشاور سياسي ودبلوماسي على أعلى مستوى بين الجزائر وقادة دول الجوار حيث تعمل الجزائر على توفير المناخ السياسي الملائم من أجل التشاور والتنسيق الأمني
وهذا لفرض الأمن والسلام في المنطقة بطرق ديمقراطية أكثر سلامة لشعوب المنطقة
