[Supplies] - About 15 pieces (based on 38g panning)

* Salt-free butter: 160g (KRW 2,200)
*Egg: 140 g (approximately 3) (KRW 700)
* Tough flour: 80 g (KRW 300)
*Almond powder: 60 g (KRW 800)
*Sugar: 140g (KRW 280)
*Baking powder: 6 g (KRW 40)
*Vanilla Extract: 4 g (KRW 540)
* Red bean: 9g X number to use (200 won)


(Total price = 4,960 won. It's based on baking school and divided by the weight that goes in.)^^)

+ When making red bean madeleines, the mold is deep, so the red beans go down and the madeleines can burst! Do not add more than 10g and place lightly on top of the dough. (Panning 30+Red Bean 9g+Panning 8) Even if the dough is not covered, it's okay because it's covered during the baking process!

⏱Oven: 180°C 18 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C
