Rasmalai Recipe - रसमलाई

Rasmalai recipe with step by step  video recipe. in essence rasmalai literally means juicy milk cream. this is prepared very similar to rasgulla but served with thick creamed milk flavoured with kesar. also, it is topped with choice of dry fruits including pista, kaju and badam before serving.

Ingredients

Full cream milk - 1 liter
sugar - ½ cup (80-90 grams)
8 rasgulla
8-9 strands saffron
1/2 elachi powder
Cashew nuts - 8-10
Green Cardamom - 4
Pistachios - 10-12
